100 Rules of Happiness: Rule 33

Create some “ME” time.
No matter how busy you are, make it a practice to keep some time aside only for yourself – everyday! No calls, no talking & ideally no TV. Just your time with yourself. Read, listen to music, meditate, relax – cut out the clamor of the world & enjoy you own company. Start with as little as 20 mins a day and see how much good it does for you.
