100 Rules of Happiness: Rule 32

Everyone should COOK! Cook with passion. With abandon.
Cooking is therapeutic. It reduces stress, soothes ur nerves, reduces anxiety, cures boredom. It even helps soothe and heal a broken heart.  Just play some relaxing music, pour a glass of wine & don’t take the cookbook too seriously. Make it a sensory experience – soak in the aromas, colors, textures, tastes & sounds. Experiment. Enjoy!

Note: If possible, avoid making it a so routine that it starts seeming like a chore.
